What the Hell am I doing?!

Why am I running? Why am I lifting? Why am I seemingly eating nothing? Is that ever longing pursuit to perfection or just the ambition to say 'you know what I want to be better than I was yesterday'
There are many reasons why us human beings take to exercise and those reasons will be and should be personal to ourselves. However the ability to share, gain advice and inspiration is crucial in that pursuit of personal goals.
When I play hockey I crave that little bit of knowledge from my coach that will make me a better player or that motivation they give me to push myself that bit further to be fitter and quicker.
That's what I hope to give you, that little nudge which gets you ever closer to where you want to be and more crucially stay there! This blog, along with your training sessions and or group circuits will be able to do that. From subjects on Nutrition, Technology, Innovative workouts and much more will be splashed all over this site. I look forward to joining you on your journey!
